A pause for the oneswho never stop
What we're against:
Living on autopilot
Build the life you want. Don’t miss the one you’re living.
We reject the idea that exhaustion proves commitment and slowing down means falling behind. We believe you can consciously choose your life and pursue success while caring for yourself, staying connected to loved ones, and being present.
The always-on loop
You wake up anxious before the day even starts. You move through meetings, messages, and decisions without stopping to notice how you feel. You get home exhausted, with little left for yourself or the people you love. You’re keeping up, but missing the life you’re living.
Time for a pause
aoora was built to interrupt autopilot through everyday micro-pauses — moments to breathe, be present, and reconnect with what matters.
A pause that opens the door to:
- Stepping out of autopilot
- Noticing how you feel
- Being present with the people you love
- Reconnecting with why you started
- Consciously choosing what comes next
aoora is a moment before your next decision

-
01
Notice
Notice when you’re rushing, distracted, or reacting automatically. Acknowledge what’s happening and give yourself a moment.
-
02
Apply
Roll the blend onto your wrists, behind the ears, or temples. Let the scent mark the beginning of your pause.
-
03
Breathe
Take a few slow, comfortable breaths without forcing them. Bring your attention to the scent and the movement of your breath.
-
04
Be present
Notice your body, your thoughts, and what is in front of you. Notice how you feel, decide how you want to show up, and choose what comes next.
A familiar scent. A reminder to pause.
Each time you pause, choose how you want to show up, whether calm, focused, brave, or present, and practise it through your next action. With repetition, the scent can become a familiar reminder of that intention.

The Founder
Hey, it’s Sebastian. This is why I built aoora.
I burned out.
For years, I kept pushing, grinding, and ignoring what my body and the people around me were trying to tell me. The worst part is that it worked. I got the job, the salary, the raise, and the chance to build something of my own.
But somewhere along the way, I lost my focus, my energy, and the excitement that made me start.
I kept wanting more. More money. More progress. More proof that I was becoming somebody. Every goal gave me another reason not to stop.
Then came the panic attacks, the negative thoughts, and the feeling that my mind was running my life. I was always replaying the past or planning the future. I was rarely here.
I had used essential oil roll-ons for years because I loved the scents. I would smell one, close my eyes, breathe, and stop working for a moment.
Nothing mystical, just a pause.
That small interruption gave me space to notice what was happening, reconnect with myself, and choose what came next. Over time, the scent became a familiar reminder to pause, breathe, and return to the moment.
I built aoora for people like me. People who care deeply, work hard, and want to keep growing without disappearing inside the life they are building.
aoora is a twist on ahora, the Spanish word for now.
Because now is the only place your life is actually happening.
